Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition when you have received it, unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at onlineshop@anglersoutfitter.com.sg. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

After we have collected and examined your item for an exchange, we will inform you whether your item is allowed for an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 

To initiate an exchange, follow the procedure listed above to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, we will send you a promo code via email. You can redeem the same amount using this code for a new purchase. Note that you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item. If the new item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference in amount. However, no refunds will be issued for items that cost less than the returned item. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping charges.

If you are an overseas customer, you will need to pay the following costs in advance for shipping the item for exchange:

1. An inbound tax of 9% on the declared value of the package is to be paid to the Singapore government when we collect your item from customs. Alternatively, this tax may be collected by a freight service agent.

2. The freight costs for shipping the item back to us.

For local customers, you can bring the item back to our shop. We will assess the item on the spot and let you know if it qualifies for an exchange.

     

    Cancelled and Refunds
    We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds for all items. However, we do allow items to be exchanged for other items from our shop, as mentioned earlier. Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, and there will be administrative charges that will be determined at the time of refund.

    Please note that item that is returned back without any agreement with us is deemed considered unwanted item and there will be no refund for these items. We have the rights to back charge the return frieght charges.

    Please note that all orders suspected to be of high fraud risk (as alerted by Shopify) will be considered unlawful payments and will be reversed. Any additional administrative and/or online payment commission charges will be deducted from the original payment amount that is reversed.
